Sally is a Clinical Psychologist, with experience working in private practice and government settings, providing assessment services and psychological therapy. Sally holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the University of Adelaide, and has completed her clinical registrar program.

Holding great value in building a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, where challenges and concerns can be explored with respect and curiosity, Sally has experience treating a range of mental health concerns, and understands the impact early experiences can have on current functioning. Her approach is warm and open minded, and she enjoys seeing the meaningful and enduring change that comes with self-discovery and skill development. Sally holds great respect for anyone who is able to acknowledge a need for support, and initiate positive change in their lives through psychological treatment.

With a firm grounding in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sally considers it essential to tailor her approach to suit the needs and goals of each individual. As such, she also utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and incorporates mindfulness-based techniques to reduce emotional distress and improve overall functioning. Sally is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure the provision of effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions for each of her clients.
