Dr Jodie Harris, Clinical Psychologist is a consultant psychologist at Davies and Robertson Psychology, with a part-time clinic for the specialised treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Bringing a passionate and enthusiastic evidence-based approach to the treatment of OCD and other anxiety disorders, Jodie is highly committed to the provision of a compassionate and high quality treatment, working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals. She has a special interest in the treatment of obsessive compulsive spectrum disorders, and has an understanding of the unique experience of OCD and the treatment needs to facilitate recovery and improve lives of sufferers. She offers a personal approach, utilising client strengths and a sense of humour wherever possible.

Jodie has practiced as a clinical psychologist for over 10 years, in both the public and private sectors. She is experienced in a range of evidence-based therapy approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (e.g. Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD), as well as complimentary approaches including Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. 

Using an individualised approach that is tailored to the individual client’s symptoms, needs and recovery, Jodie has a long history of research into clinical interventions and outcomes in a range of areas including sleep, anxiety and mood disorders.

Published in peer-reviewed journals, Jodie has provided research co-supervision with Psychology Honours and PhD theses. She is also a Clinical Lecturer with the School of Psychology, University of Adelaide. Jodie is also committed to ongoing training and development for psychologists.

An active AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor at both the post-graduate and registrar levels, Jodie is willing to consider supervision arrangements as required.

Jodie prioritises treatment for clients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and related difficulties.
